I've been mixing this into my morning oat milk and it genuinely tastes like a chai latte, cardamon and all. It keeps me full until lunch, which I didn't expect from a powder.

The chai spices are perfectly balanced—that cardamom really comes through without being overpowering. I've been swapping my morning coffee for this and the full-bodied texture keeps me full until lunch. Easily the best daily shake I've tried.

The spice blend is warm without being overpowering, and it mixes up thick and creamy enough to feel like a real treat. I just wish the sweetness level was a touch lower so the cardamom could shine a bit more.
