The cinnamon is genuinely there, not that fake candy-sweet kind, and I get a real buttery toast note on the finish. I've been blending it with cold milk after early shifts and it keeps me full until lunch.

I’m a notoriously picky breakfast person, but the real cinnamon bark in this one sold me—it actually tastes like the French toast my mom made, not a fake syrup mess. Mixes up smooth with just water, and the buttery vanilla note keeps it from feeling like a chalky protein shake.

The real cinnamon bark comes through clearly, and that creamy vanilla with the buttery toast note is spot-on. I've been mixing it with oat milk for breakfast and it actually keeps me full until lunch.
