The buttery toast flavor is what sold me, it genuinely tastes like a lazy Sunday breakfast rather than a chalky shake. Mixed with cold milk it comes out creamy, and the cinnamon is real and warm without being overpowering.

I’ve tried a lot of meal shakes that taste like cardboard, so the buttery toast note here actually caught me off guard in the best way. Mixes up smooth with no chalky residue, and the real cinnamon bark gives it a warmth that makes afternoon cravings feel handled.

The cinnamon bark comes through right away, and the vanilla-cream finish makes it taste way more like dessert than a nutrition shake. I've been swapping this in for my afternoon snack and it actually keeps me full until dinner, which is more than I can say for most meal replacements.
